The Edochie family drama has taken yet another fiery twist, and this time, the shots are coming straight from Yinka Theisen, the estranged wife of actor Linc Edochie. In a fresh wave of accusations that has set Nigerian social media buzzing, Yinka has publicly warned May Yul-Edochie, estranged wife of Yul Edochie, to “leave me alone” — a warning she calls her “last.”
Screenshots shared by Instablog9ja show Yinka’s blistering Facebook posts in which she claims she has been the target of an organized cyberbullying campaign allegedly orchestrated by May and her loyal fan base, popularly called “May Nation.”
According to Yinka, the harassment began when a group of May’s supporters wrote to her employers, accusing her of bullying a “suicidal” woman — a claim Yinka flatly denies.
She insists the move was a calculated attempt to get her fired, and that the same group went as far as hacking her children’s accounts, sharing her phone number online, and subjecting her to relentless abuse.
In the same posts, Yinka alleges that the campaign only slowed down after her partner, Linc Edochie, announced their breakup — a move she suggests was intended to calm the growing backlash. But she didn’t hold back on her choice of words, describing her online attackers as “brainless, unintelligent, and insane,” and doubling down on claims that May is the one pulling the strings. “May Yul Edochie is the leader of May Nation & they are doing her bidding,” she wrote. “May Yul Edochie, I am warning you publicly for the last time, leave me alone!!!!!”
The bad blood between the two women appears to trace back to earlier this year when Yinka says she did a personal favor for May, only for the relationship to sour soon after. Since then, Yinka has been outspoken about Edochie family matters, dropping a series of explosive claims about Linc’s ex-wife and other alleged family scandals. While May has remained publicly silent on Yinka’s latest allegations, the online feud has only fueled the ongoing soap opera surrounding the Edochies — a family already in the spotlight due to Yul Edochie’s controversial second marriage to Judy Austin and his highly publicized split from May.
Public reaction on X (formerly Twitter) has been as mixed as it is animated. Some users laughed off the spat with comments like “Una two no serious 💔😂,” while others expressed disbelief, simply writing “Nawa oh.” A few were harsher, with one reply bluntly calling Yinka a “psychopath.” Still, for many Nigerians, this is simply the latest episode in a never-ending saga of celebrity heartbreak, betrayal, and social media crossfire.
With neither side showing signs of backing down and Yinka threatening legal action if the alleged harassment continues, it seems the Edochie family drama is far from reaching its final act. And in Nigeria’s ever-watchful online streets, where gossip spreads faster than wildfire, all eyes are now on May to see if she will finally respond — or let the storm pass in silence.
